Aside from the obviously disgusting display of bad judgment here, the transplant of animal tissue being inserted into humans will have huge ramifications. The kingdoms were not meant to be mixed together. But science, as always, is motivated by the prospects of big money and they could care less of the hazards or consequences. This madness could very easily spiral out of control and in the process of peddling their dreams for cures, Big Science will be setting society up for a whole host of new pathogens, viruses, diseases and horizontal gene transfers, all of which will screw up humans' (and their offspring's) physiology and biochemistry.
